The management of the Carlo Felice Theater reserves the right to change programs for technical reasons or due to circumstances beyond its control, as well as to reassign the seat indicated on the ticket for any technical requirements.<\/p>\n

The public is invited to carefully check their ticket at the time of purchase to verify any errors or omissions; subsequent disputes cannot be considered.<\/p>\n

Tickets cannot be replaced or refunded and must be kept for the entire duration of the show or season ticket: theater staff may ask to see them at any time.<\/p>\n

Children under the age of 4 do not pay for a ticket; children aged 4 and over must occupy an assigned seat with a valid ticket. If they disturb other audience members, the accompanying adult and children will be kindly invited to watch the rest of the performance in the theater foyer, where monitors are available. <\/p>\n

Minors are only allowed to attend shows if accompanied by an adult. Theater staff may report any violations of this rule; in case of non-compliance, admission will not be granted and no ticket refunds will be given. <\/p>\n

Once the show has started and when it resumes after the intermission, <\/span>access to the auditorium is not permitted. Latecomers may watch the performance in the theater foyer or in another area indicated by the theater staff. <\/p>\n

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave the seats until the lights are on in the hall.<\/span><\/p>\n

Helmets, umbrellas, bags, backpacks, cameras, recorders, and video cameras must be left in the cloakroom. The cost for each item is \u20ac2. It is also prohibited to place one’s clothing on the seats.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

During the shows, it is forbidden any recording or photographing inside the theatre, and any mobile phone or other electronic device must be turned off or put in silent mode.<\/p>\n

It is forbidden to bring cans, bottles, glasses, and any food or drinks into the theater. These items must be consumed exclusively in the foyer bar.<\/p>\n

Animals are not allowed, even if kept in special kennels\/cages\/carriers, with the exception of guide dogs.<\/p>\n

Inside the theater, it is not permitted to wear headgear that may obstruct the view of other audience members.<\/p>\n

Smoking is prohibited inside the theatre, including electronic cigarettes.<\/p>\n

The public is requested to wear clothing appropriate to the decorum of the Theater. Spectators wearing tank tops, shorts, or beachwear in general (flip-flops, swimsuits, etc.) will not be admitted to the auditorium; in such cases, tickets will not be refunded. Teachers with a Teacher Card can purchase season tickets and tickets<\/strong> at the local ticket office or on the Vivaticket website for shows in the artistic season of the Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa.
The teacher\u2019s card is strictly personal and the purchase of several tickets for the same performance is not permitted.
For purchase at the local ticket office, the cardholder must present himself in person and with the printed document with the value of the ticket at the defined full price.
