For Genoa, sailing is much more than an evocative image: it is a genetic code that the city and its history have engraved on its stones, in the wind, in the profile of the harbour, in the mobility of the horizon. It is its vocation: to depart, to return, to cross. The Carlo Felice Theatre \u2013 located in the heart of the city, next to Piazza De Ferrari, its hub and living room \u2013 has always embodied this dimension; the building itself, in its architecture, stands out in the landscape like a lighthouse: visible, austere and reassuring at the same time. On performance evenings, the tower lights up, marking the time of the community that surrounds it and pointing to new directions and new horizons of expression. <\/p>\n

This image gave rise to Naviganti, a metaphor for artists who today challenge the boundaries of interpretation; for spectators who see a series of evocative imaginary landings during the season; for young people who take to the stage for the first time or veterans who return to make music together; for citizens who periodically inhabit this place as a common space and for families together with those who enter it for the first time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
