THEATRE RULES AND TICKET OFFICE REGULATIONS
The Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice accepts no responsibility for purchases made through unofficial channels or secondary ticketing.
Children aged 4 and over must have a ticketed seat.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be retained for the duration of the performance or season ticket: theatre staff may request to see them at any time.
Once the performance has started, access to the theatre is not permitted.
Latecomers may wait in the First Foyer or in another area indicated by the theatre staff, but access to their seats cannot be guaranteed. At the end of the performance, you are not permitted to leave the theatre before the lights come on.
It is mandatory to leave helmets, umbrellas, bags, backpacks, cameras, recorders and video cameras at the cloakroom.
It is also forbidden to place your belongings on the seats,
It is forbidden to record or take photographs inside the theatre and to keep mobile phones and/or other electronic devices with ringtones switched on during performances.
It is forbidden to bring cans, bottles, glasses and any other drinks into the theatre. These must be consumed in the foyer bar.
The Theatre Management reserves the right to change the programme for technical reasons or due to circumstances beyond its control, as well as to reassign the seat indicated on the ticket for technical or logistical reasons.
Animals are not allowed, even if kept in special kennels/cages, with the sole exception of guide dogs.
Inside the hall it is not allowed to wear any accessory that could limit the view to other spectators.
Smoking is prohibited inside the theatre, including electronic cigarettes.
Appropriate attire is required, in keeping with the decorum of the theatre and out of respect for the venue and other spectators.

TEACHER PAPER.
The teacher’s card is strictly personal and the purchase of several tickets for the same performance is not permitted.
For purchase at the local ticket office, the cardholder must present himself in person and with the printed document with the value of the ticket at the defined full price.
Payment with the teacher’s card cannot be made close to the performances due to the timing of the accreditation procedure via the Ministry’s website.
