How to get there
Subway
De Ferrari Station – accessible (service runs until 1:00 a.m.).
Lifts and Funiculars
Lift from Ponte Monumentale Corso A. Podestà/Via XX Settembre – approx. 800 m route
Portello/Castelletto Lift – Piazza del Portello – approx. 300 metres from the Theatre
Righi Funicular – Largo Zecca, approx. 950 m route, scenic, along Via Cairoli, Garibaldi, Fontane Marose and Via XXV Aprile
Parking
General parking spaces for people with disabilities located in the areas near the Teatro Carlo Felice are as follows:
4 spaces Park Piccapietra (outdoor, Largo San Giuseppe side)
Piazza Piccapietra 58/A (approx. 300 m from the Theatre entrance)
3 spaces – Via Ettore Vernazza no. 66 (1 of which currently unusable due to construction works)
1 space – Largo San Giuseppe
1 space – Via XII Ottobre no. 10
1 space – Via Petrarca corner Piazza De Ferrari
1 space – Via di Porta Soprana no. 10
2 spaces – Via di Porta Soprana no. 41r
1 space – Via di Porta Soprana no. 25r
2 spaces – Via 5 Dicembre corner Via Ettore Vernazza (near the Courthouse)
Holders of the European Disabled Parking Permit (CUDE) can park free of charge in blue zones and “isole azzurre” (blue islands) in Genoa, except for the parking area in Piazza della Vittoria.

At the entrance
Tickets
There is a tactile paving path leading to the box office and the theater entrance from Piazza De Ferrari and Galleria Mazzini. The area is also accessible by wheelchair. During performances, the theater’s entrance doors remain open.
Restrooms
Restrooms accessible to people with disabilities are located on both sides of the second foyer (2nd floor).
Welcome
The ushers are available to provide directions and escort guests to their seats, offering assistance and guidance.
Accessibility with Service Dogs
You may request access to the auditorium accompanied by a service dog (not applicable to all seats in the auditorium) by sending an email to biglietteria@carlofelice.it and attaching your disability certificate, which must specify the need for a service dog. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the theater.
