Only the candidates must fill the following form to request their application to the tenders by Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice. Current regulations do not allow any third party to fill the following form or to send a Curriculum Vitae on behalf of the candidate if not expressly delegated by the same candidate.

The asterisks (*) mark which information is mandatory to indicate in order to properly request the admission. The remaining fields aim at providing a first research parameter or facilitate the relationship management with the candidate. Therefore, their absence will not jeopardize the admission.
Please, read carefully the following regulations ex art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003, included in the tender notice, prior any confirmation of the personal data treatment consent.

In compliance with Regolamento Europeo UE 2016/679, personal data provided by the candidates in the applications will be stored by Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova for purposes related to the audition and will not be communicated to any third party.

The admission lists will be showed on the Theatre’s notice board and/or the webiste of Fondazione Teatro Carlo Felice di Genova.

The laws regulating personal data treatment (name, surname, fiscal code, address, etc.) for the purposes listed here above is the executioin of a contract which do not require any consensus according to Regolamento Europeo UE 2016/679.

The owner will treat personal data for a limited amount of time that is merely necessary for the purposes of such a data gathering. More info about data storage and the temporal parameters of such a storage can be asked directly to the head of data protection.

One can appeal to the rights stated in the regulations artt. 15-21 del Regolamento UE: the right to data access, to data correction, deletion (“Right to be forgotten”) and portability, to data treatmen limitation or opposition. In compliance with the current regulations, they have the right to present a complaint to the competent surveillance authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) whenever they consider their personal data treatment against such regulations.
