For evening performances, opening is one hour before the start and closing 15 minutes after the start.

For Sunday afternoon or evening performances, opening is two hours before the start and closing 15 minutes after the start.

Just call +39.010.53.81.433 and receive a link where you can enter your credit card number and CVV. Once payment is complete, the season ticket and/or paper ticket are printed at the Teatro Carlo Felice ticket office. The season ticket or ticket must be collected at the ticket office before the date of the chosen shows.

Vivaticket

For purchases made on the Vivaticket platform, the commission on the nominal value of tickets for shows organized by the Carlo Felice Theater Foundation is a fixed 2 euros for each ticket or subscription of each order and type.

Vivaticket service operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

THEATRE RULES AND TICKET OFFICE REGULATIONS

The Management of Opera Carlo Felice reserves the right to modify the programs for technical reasons or force majeure and to reassign the seat indicated on the tickets for logistical or security reasons.

At the time of purchase, please check the ticket for any errors and/or omissions; post-purchase disputes will not be considered.

Tickets cannot be replaced or refunded. Tickets must be held for the entire duration of the show as the theatre staff is allowed to check their validity anytime during the shows.

Once the show has started, access to the hall is not possible. In case of late arrival, the ticket holder may station in the first foyer or in other areas indicated by the theatre staff.

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to leave the seats until the lights are on in the hall.

It is mandatory to leave umbrellas, helmets, bags, backpacks, cameras, recorders and video cameras in the cloakroom. The cost per piece is 2€.

It is also prohibited to place one’s clothing on the seats.

During the shows, it is forbidden any recording or photographing inside the theatre, and any mobile phone or other electronic device must be turned off or put in silent mode.

It is forbidden to bring cans, bottles, glasses and otherwise food and drinks into the hall, which must be consumed exclusively at the Foyer bar.

Access to animals is not allowed even if kept in special cages, with the exception of guide dogs.

Inside the hall it is not allowed to wear any accessory that could limit the view to other spectators.

Smoking is prohibited inside the theatre, including electronic cigarettes.

The audience is invited to choose an appropriate dress code, showing respect to both the Theatre and the rest of the audience.

In case of loss of personal items, please contact the Theatre staff.

18APP AND CARTA DOCENTE

It is possible to purchase tickets at the box office by using the app 18 app and the bonus for teachers Carta Docente (only 18 apps on Vivaticket.it) and by presenting the printed voucher. Such a purchase must be requested beforehand and in a timely fashion as its completion includes the necessary feedback by the related Italian Ministry.
